The following is information received about the neighborhood. Please comment if you have any additional information.
I just got some news from a neighbor about the neighborhood. Apparently the old developer of this neighborhood is joining forces with a builder (don't know the name- not Ryland) and they are going to finish out the rest of the neighborhood. They are starting with our street first-Cypress Walk Way. I don't know anymore info....ex) the size of the homes, who it is, etc.
There was talk of at least incorporating a park. They need to discuss a pool...... a REAL pool!!!

I heard from Lisa Curley, Ryland's salesperson at Nelliefield on Friday that Ryland was trying to buy the remaining lots on Cypress Walk, but the negotiations fell through on Friday. She was very forthcoming with info--at least what she's privy to. My husband spoke with the site supervisor out in Phase 2 and he stated that the land was still owned by CF Associates and that they were hired to clean the area up.
