Budget Question
Every time a resident wants to do something on their property, they must ask for permission and pay a $75 fee. Also, if residents violate one of the community's "laws" (for lack of a better word), they must pay a fine. I did not notice this money anywhere on the budget spreadsheet. Does anyone know what happens to this money?

It was stated stated at the last HOA meeting which was so long ago it's hard to remember that the fines etc belong to the HOA, the question as to where the funds are--that's a really good question.
I had an issue with this also but one thing I did find out is you only have to pay the $75.00 fee once per year. After you pay the fee for the year you can submit all the projects you want. They still have to be approved. As where the money goes good question. Unil the residents out number the developer we have no control.
